t <br />Rescinded by Minute Order No. 98-33 <br />05-18-98 <br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 26 (2840 ) <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AND OTHER <br />DOCUMENTS BETWEEN THE SAN FRANCISCO BAY <br />CONFERENCE CENTER RESORT L.L.C., AND THE <br />CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RECITALS <br />The City of San Leandro has previously ground leased to William E. Peluso <br />that certain real property at the San Leandro Marina commonly referred to as the <br />Blue Dolphin. Said lease terminated on August 23, 1995. The City has previously <br />entered into a letter of intent to release said premises to San Francisco Bay <br />Conference Resort, L.L.C., otherwise known as Network Conference Center <br />("Lessee") for development of a conference center and hotel. Lessee has sought and <br />obtained land use entitlements, and a public hearing in the project was conducted on <br />November 4, 1996. A Notice of Determination was duly filed thereafter. <br />The Council has reviewed the attached Ground Lease and all supporting and <br />related loan documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br />The City Council does hereby approve the form of the Ground Lease and all <br />supporting and related loan documents.
