IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.97 - 91 (2323/2774 ) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE CITY AND COAKLEY HEAGERTY LTD. <br />FOR AN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT MARKETING PLAN <br />1. The Economic Development Advisory Committee has identified a need for the <br />City to communicate the City's identity and image to the existing and prospective industrial, <br />commercial, and residential markets to stimulate economic development. <br />2. The Economic Development Advisory Committee specifically recommends that a <br />marketing program be established to promote the City's assets to business and residents both <br />locally and in the surrounding communities. <br />3. Coakley Heagerty Advertising and Public Relations, a professional marketing, <br />communications an advertising group with significant economic development experience will be <br />retained to develop a Strategic Marketing Plan. <br />The City Council of The City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />The attached Contractual Services Agreement between Coakley Heagerty Ltd. and the <br />City is hereby approved. <br />
