IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-101 (1170 ) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT <br />(Certification and Mutual Indemnification Agreement Related to <br />Proposition 218 Requirements for Assessments and Fees on the <br />1997-98 Secured Property Tax Roll) <br />An agreement between the City of San Leandro and the County of Alameda, a copy <br />of which is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br />The Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended execution of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE <br />as follows; <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Council Member Young and passed and adopted <br />this 4th day of August, 1997, by the following called vote: <br />AYES: Council Members Galvan, Glaze, Lothrop, Polvorosa, Young; <br />Mayor Corbett (6) <br />NOES: No ne (0 ) <br />ABSENT: Council Member Loeffler (1) <br />Attest: A4& /i 10A:U44 ) <br />Gayle Pe ersen, City Clerk <br />f.\Cound1\AIaCoAgmt.doc <br />
