IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.98 - 31 (1177 ) <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTIONS 1 AND 2 OF THE PAY PLAN <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That the current City of San Leandro Pay Plan is hereby amended to reflect the terms and <br />conditions of the Memoranda of Understanding between the City and the San Leandro <br />Management Organization for the period January 1, 1998 through December 31, 1999, all of which <br />are as set forth in those pages of the Pay Plan which are attached hereto and made a part thereof by <br />this reference.
