That the name of the surety upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement is as follows: FIDELITY AND DEPOSIT COMPANY OF MARYLAND, 4 EMBARCADERO CENTER SUITE 3740, SAN FRANCISCO, CA 94111, PHONE (916) 952-0800. 3. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the WASHINGTON MANOR PARK POOL RENOVATION, PROJECT NO. 2023.3400, project is that of public improvements made to infrastructure of the public pool located therein and commonly referred to as the San Leandro Family Aquatic Center for reasons of safety and prolonged ease of use. 4. That said work of improvement was accepted as complete by the City Engineer of the City of San Leandro on the 17ei day of July 2025.
