The City <br />Council unanimously endorsed the East Bay Regional Park District's <br />"Parks 2002" Ballot Measure for the March 5, 2002, Election. <br />City Council Consensus (Reports on City Council Committees, Item 6.B.2.a., <br />-- <br />01-07-02 <br />-- <br />Human Relations Committee Meeting of December 12, 2001.). The <br />Committee recommends City Council support for an allocation of $70,000 <br />from gun tax revenues to be allocated in the 2002-2003 budget cycle in the <br />Community Benefit budget as a "Human Relations" category. There was <br />City Council consensus to bring the issue back to the full City Council for <br />discussion at a future Work Session. <br />Senior Commission, Matter of Nomination of Member to (District 5) — Elinor <br />2 <br />01-07-02 <br />2143 <br />Free. The City Council approved the nomination of Elinor Free to the <br />Senior Commission District 5). <br />Alameda County Housing Authority; Matter of Re -Appointment of City <br />3 <br />01-22-02 <br />2221 <br />Council Member Grant to the Alameda County Housing Authority, Board of <br />1156 <br />Commissioners (re -appointment of one "Representative"; four-year term of <br />office — January 1, 2002 through December 31, 2005). The City Council <br />approved the re -appointment of City Council Member Grant as <br />Representative on the Alameda County Housing Authority, Board of <br />Commissioners, for the four• -year term January 1, 2002 through <br />December 31, 21505. <br />City Cou rcil Corsensus (New Business; Item &C.).
