The Board provided input to the City <br />Manager on the process of filling the Police Chief vacancy. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS3. <br />Comments were made by two people. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES4 <br />4.a.24-136 Minutes of March 20, 2024 <br />Moved by Member Jennie Chang, seconded by Member Keith Gibbs to adopt <br />the minutes as submitted. Motion carried on the following vote: <br />Aye:Bailey, Chang, Copeland, Gibbs, Trujillo, Zimmermann6 - <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT’S REPORT5. <br />Interim Police Chief Kevin Hart and Captain Khan gave the report.
