CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />Consent Calendar items are considered for approval by the City Council with one single <br />action. As described above in Item 7, Amendment of Consent Calendar, the City Council <br />may remove items from the Consent Calendar for purposes of presentation or discussion. <br />Members of the public who have requested to address the Council regarding items remaining <br />on the Consent Calendar may do so for up to 3 minutes per item with a maximum of 5 <br />minutes for all items. Matter of Contractual Services Agreement with Winzler and Kelly Consulting <br />Engineers Relating to the West Estudillo Pedestrian Connection, Project No. 03-961-86- <br />045 (provides for construction administration services in the amount of $69,825 on an <br />as-needed basis). Cost: $69,825. Funding: Transportation for Livable Communities <br />(TLC) grant from Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) for federal funds, <br />Redevelopment Agency funds, utility underground funds, non-City joint trench funding <br />(PG&E Rule 20A, SBC Rule 32A, Comcast). <br /> <br />.
