Reports on Intergovernmental Agencies <br /> <br />Councilmember Nardine gave an update from EBDA regarding the LA VWMA project <br />which was completed on time and under budget. She noted that Mountain Cascade did <br />an outstanding job, and complaints were few and were responded to quickly. <br /> <br />Councilmember Nardine reported that the Mosquito Abatement District Board has <br />requested a proclamation for West Nile Virus Awareness Week to be placed on a future <br />City Council agenda. <br /> <br />B. Reports on City Council Committees <br /> <br />1. Business Development Committee Meeting of February 23, 2005. Accepted as <br />submitted. <br /> <br />Recommendation for City Council Consideration: <br /> <br />a. Schedule for consideration the appointment of an Ad Hoc Committee to <br />review the statements of interest submitted by prospective qualifying <br />candidates and make a recommendation to the City Council on filling <br />vacancies on the West San LeandrolMacArthur Boulevard Redevelopment <br />Advisory Committee (RAC). <br /> <br />By consensus, the City Council approved this recommendation. <br /> <br />2. City and San Lorenzo Unified School District Liaison Committee Meeting of <br />February 24,2005. Accepted as submitted. <br /> <br />3. Finance Committee Meeting of February 17, 2005. Accepted as submitted. <br /> <br />12. CITY COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> <br />Councilmember Nardine thanked Councilmember Glaze for his service to the City. <br />
