Resolution No. 2005-024 RDA, Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro Adopting the Relocation Impact Study and Last Resort Housing Plan for 2398 East 14th Street (APN: 077E-1525-003-04), Appropriating $450,000 for Its Actual Costs, and Authorizing Executive Director to Enter into a Contractual Services Agreement with Associated Right of Way Services, Incorporated for Its hnplementation for an Amount Not to Exceed $79,500 (adopts the Relocation hnpact Study and Last Resort Housing Plan for the Islander Lodge Motel, appropriates $450,000 for its implementation, and authorizes an agreement with the relocation consultant). Cost: $529,500. Funding: Redevelopment Agency Housing Set-Aside Fund. (2323/3059) D. Resolution Approving Plans and Specifications and Calling for Bids for Lewelling Boulevard Landscape Median, Project No. 05-210-38-231, and Appropriation of Measure B Bicycle and Pedestrian Funds (provides for traffic calming and a pedestrian refuge by constructing landscape medians along Lewelling Boulevard between Wicks Boulevard and Washington Avenue, and appropriation of funds in the amount of $55,000).
