Matter of Proposed Amendments to the City of San Leandro Zoning Code Article 6, <br />Section 2-608 Regarding Permitted Uses, Conditionally Permitted Uses, and Uses <br />Requiring Administrative Review in the CD Commercial Downtown Zoning District <br />(amends the Zoning Code to reflect current City goals and policies for Downtown San <br />Leandro as contained in both the General Plan and the Downtown Plan). <br /> <br />This being the time and place for the Public Hearing on the above matter, City Manager <br />Jermanis gave an overview of the item and introduced Planning Manager Debbie <br />Pollart. Ms. Pollart gave a short PowerPoint presentation describing the proposed <br />amendment to the Zoning Code for the CD Commercial Downtown Zoning District. <br />She noted that this change to the Zoning Code would bring the uses in the CD <br /> <br />
