Resolution No. 2005-154, Resolution Approving Memorandum of Understanding <br />Between the City of San Leandro and the San Leandro Police Officer's Association <br />(SLPOA) (ratifies the proposed Memorandum of Understanding between the City and <br />SLPOA covering the period from January l, 2006 through December 3l, 2006). Resolution No. 2005-155, Resolution Approving the First Amendment to License <br />Between the City of San Leandro and the East Bay Regional Park District for Oyster <br />Bay Regional Shoreline - Neptune Drive Access (provides for extension of the <br />agreement for another 25-year period). Resolution No. 2005-025 RDA, Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of the City <br />of San Leandro Declaring Intent to Reimburse Expenditures from the Proceeds of <br />Indebtedness Issued to Finance the Acquisition and Improvement of the East l4th Street <br />Islander Motel (provides the Redevelopment Agency the option to reimburse itself for <br />expenditures incurred prior to the issuance of any future debt financing obligation <br />related to the acquisition and irnprovement project or any other future Housing Set- <br />Aside Fund projects). Resolution No. 2005-156, Resolution Repealing and Reenacting Titles l-13 of the San <br />Leandro Administrative Code (approves the Phase 1 recodification of the San Leandro <br />Administrative Code to reflect current practices and changes in organizational <br />structure).
