Minute Order No. 2006-004, Motion Authorizing the Mayor to Appoint Two Members of the City Council to Serve on an Ad Hoc Committee to Author a Ballot Argument in Favor of the Business License Tax Measure. At the discretion of the Committee, the argument may be signed by other registered voters authorized to sign ballot arguments.
