Resolution No. 2006-013, Resolution Endorsing and Promoting the Use of the <br />Alameda County Residential Green Building Guidelines (for New Home Construction, <br />Home Remodeling and Multi-Family Development), the U.S. Green Building Council <br />LEEDTM Rating Systems (for New Commercial Construction and Remodeling), and the <br />Bay-Friendly Landscape Guidelines for Residential and Commercial Projects as City <br />Reference Documents (endorses several leading publications for commercial and <br />residential green building and sustainable landscaping as reference standards for the <br />City). Resolution Approving Contractual Services Agreement with Group 4 Architecture <br />Relating to the Design of a Senior Center, Project Nos. 210-18-116 and 165-43-192 <br />(provides for design plans and specifications for a new 20,OOO-square-foot building and <br />parking lot).
