Resolution Approving Contractual Services Agreement with Group 4 Architecture <br />Relating to the Design of a Senior Center, Project Nos. 210-18-116 and 165-43-192 <br />(provides for design plans and specifications for a new 20,000-square-foot building and <br />parking lot). Cost: $1,112,025. Funding: Community Development Block Grant <br />(CDBG) allocation as part ofthe Fiscal Year 2003-04 budget. (2323) <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant expressed concern regarding the large dollar amount of this sole <br />source contract. She indicated that she would like to see the matter referred to a City <br />Council Committee for further review. <br /> <br />Mayor Young expressed willingness to send the matter to a committee as long as it <br />would not significantly delay the project. Mr. Jermanis indicated that the matter could <br />be referred to the City Council Facilities Committee without significant delay to the <br />project. <br /> <br />By consensus, the City Council refeffed the mattef to the City Council Facilities <br />Committee fOf discussion. <br />
