Members of the Public may request the opportunity to address the City <br />Council regarding items remaining on the Consent Calendar by filling out a speaker card and <br />submitting it to the City Clerk prior to the calling of Item 7, Amendment of Consent <br />Calendar. Items remaining on the Consent Calendar will be considered for approval under <br />one motion. <br /> <br />Consent Calendar was amended to remove Item 8.A. Item will be considered under <br />Item 9, Items Removed from Consent Calendar. <br /> <br />8. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />Consent Calendar items are considered for approval by the City Council with one single <br />action. As described above in Item 7, Amendment of Consent Calendar, the City Council <br />may remove items from the Consent Calendar for purposes of presentation or discussion. <br />Members of the public who have requested to address the Council regarding items remaining <br />on the Consent Calendar may do so for up to 3 minutes per item with a maximum of 5 <br />minutes for all items. Items listed on the Consent Calendar are deemed to have been read by <br />title. <br /> <br />Item 8.A. was removed from the Consent Calendar to Item 9, Items Removed from <br />Consent Calendar. Resolution No. 2006~036, Resolution Approving Contractual Services Agreement with <br />Du-All Safety Relating to the Overall Injury, Illness Prevention Plan Structure for the <br />City of San Leandro Including the Development of Required Procedures and Employee <br />Development (provides for the development and promulgation of procedures and <br />conduct of employee training). Cost: Not to exceed $86,000. Funding: General <br />Fund. (1878/2323) <br /> <br />C. Resolution No. 2006-037, Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Grant <br />of Easement to Pacific Gas and Electric Company (pG&E) for Electrical Underground <br />Facilities to Serve Metered Streetlights on Davis and East 14th Streets (provides <br />easement to PG&E in the plaza area to connect its underground facilities from the <br />transformer to the new service cabinet). (1049/1103) <br /> <br />D. Resolution No. 2006-038, Resolution of Award of Contract to Presentation Products, <br />Inc., dba Spinitar, for the Washington Manor Library Audiovisual Package, Project No. <br />210-69-146 (recommends award to the lowest bidder for bid amount of $58,379.63). <br />Bids opened April 10, 2006. Funding: Approved in the Fiscal Year 2002-03 Capital <br />Improvement Projects (CIP) Budget and the 2002-03 Midyear Budget Adjustment.(3082) <br />
