1537 Hays Street - July 26 Meeting Notes

proposed new homes. The developer has
agreed to look at which windows on the rear
elevation (2nd and 3rd floors) could be of an
opaque material (must verify that building
code exiting requirements are still met).

. Relocate 2 guest parking spaces

Currently, 4 guest parking spaces are located
along the western boundary of the site. The
developer has agreed to have his architect
see if the 2 spaces located in the southwest
portion of the site could be relocated in
between the homes, creating more space
between the homes.

. Garden Terrace window placement

The Site Plan for the project does not
accurately portray the window placement for
the GT units facing 1537 Hays. Staff has
directed the developer to have a revised plan
made with the window p/ocement more
accurately represented.

Garden Terrace owners indicated that their next HOA meeting would take place
on Sunday, August 27th at 5 PM, and they invited Mr. Langan to attend.
