At this time, Mr. Langon is choosing to proceed with his project based on the positive recommendation received from the Planning Commission. However, he has agreed to incorporate as many of the items as possible that were brought up at the meeting on July 26 to address residents' concerns. One item he has already agreed to is moving the three homes 2.5 feet to achieve a 12.5 feet setback from the side property line. While I know this may not satisfy your concerns, the hearing at the City Council will allow a full discussion of the concerns of Garden Terrace residents.
