<br />A letter dated March 9, 2006, to the City, from the Garden Terrace Homeowner's Association <br />Board of Directors, stated the Association's opposition to the proposed project. The stated <br />concern was the impact of the proposed development on the north side of the Garden Terrace <br />building. <br /> <br />Attached to this report is correspondence from Lester Williams, Virginia Eldridge, and Jessica <br />Do1stad, condominium owners objecting to the project. These three individuals, and Shannon <br />Wirth, a condominium resident, have also contacted City staff by telephone to express their <br />opposition to the project. <br /> <br />Support of the Proiect <br /> <br />A letter of support was received regarding the project. It was from Robert Jones, property owner <br />of adjoining properties at 361 West Juana, 395 and 397 West Juana, and 1534 and 1560 Clarke <br />Street.
