Each <br />unit would have an attached two-car garage. 1537 Hays Street; <br />Alameda County Assessor's Parcel Numbers 75-12-7; D. Langon, <br />Langon Homes (applicant and property owner). RM1800 Residential <br />Multi-Family District [Penaranda] <br /> <br />Planner Penaranda said the proposed pl3lU1ed development would be located at 1537 <br />Hays Street,just south of the Plaza Shopping Center and Richard's Texaco. The total area <br />of the property is 15,000 square feet. There is currently a single-family residence on the <br />lot which would be replaced by six units, each including 1455 square feet of living area <br />on three floors. He said there are multiple family units adjacent to the proposed project, a <br />25-unit, five-story condominium complex built in 1965 and a 28-unit five-story <br />condominium complex built in 1976. Other adjacent properties, particularly along West <br />Juana, are primarily single-family residences. There is also a lot across the street on <br />Hayes that is used as a parking lot for a multiple-unit property located on Parrott Street. <br />
