Use obscured (frosted) glass for the second and third floor bedroom windows <br />adjacent to the southerly side to maintain privacy to the Garden Terrace units. <br />. Reimburse the Garden Terrace Owners Association the cost of cleaning the north- <br />facing windows and north-facing exterior wall of the Garden Terrace building <br />after construction of the proposed development. <br />. Build trellis features over the rear of the buildings facing Garden Terrace to <br />minimize views of the rear yards. <br />. Plant trees in the yards of the three units facing Garden Terrace. <br />. Investigate relocating and preserving the existing house. <br /> <br />In response, to another request by a Garden Terrace owner, the applicant has agreed to <br />institute rodent control on the site prior to demolition and construction of the project. <br /> <br />A letter of support was received regarding the project. It was from Robert Jones, property <br />owner of adjoining properties at 361 West Juana, 395 and 397 West Juana, and 1534 and <br />1560 Clarke Street.
