<br />. /7 <br /> <br />PETETION TN OPPOSITION TO PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT AT 1537 HAYS ST. <br /> <br />We the residents or property owners at Garden Terrace Condominiums at 1599 <br />Hays Street San Leandro are against the proposal to build six single family homes three <br />stories high adjacent to our building. This project would take away from the beautiful <br />view we have of the San Leandro hills and the project would greatly reduce the value <br />of our properties. <br />On this relatively small lot, no more than a minimum number of homes should be <br />built. They should not e~ceed the city ordinance for the height of a single family home. <br />No projections on the .des of these houses should exceed ten feet from the property <br />lines. We will fight this project from going forward, and if it should go forward, we will <br />be asking the City to compensate us for our LOST PROPERTY VALUES. <br /> <br />-...... .'\ .'
