The project shall comply with Exhibits A through K, attached to the staff report <br />dated July 20, 2006 (September 5, 2006), except as hereinafter modified. The property owner shall be responsible for assuring that any successor in interest <br />who assumes responsibility for this zoning approval is informed of its terms and <br />conditions. <br /> <br />C. Construction shall commence within one (1) year following Board of Zoning <br />Adjustments approval of the Major View Preservation/Site Plan Review and <br />Height Exception, and shall be substantially completed one year after <br />commencement of construction. For the purpose of compliance with this <br />condition, commencement of construction shall be defined as the construction of a <br />substantial portion of the building foundation. <br /> <br />D. Prior to issuance of building permits, detailed elevations shall be submitted for the <br />carriage house, main house and the pool house, showing all materials for exterior <br />siding. Said plans shall include architectural details for the west elevations of the <br />carriage house that include a story band and/or other architectural details that <br />
