"Covered project" shall have the meaning set forth in Sectivu 3(a) of this Article. <br />f. "Yemolition" moans the decimating, razing, ruining, tearing down or wrecking of <br />arty facility, structura, pavcrrrent or building, whether in whole or in part, whether interior ar <br />exterior. <br />g. "Divert" means to use rnatcrial for aziy purpaso other than disposal in a landfill ar <br />transformation facility. <br />h. "Diversion Requirement" nxeans }tae diversion of at least fifty (50) percent of tha <br />fatal Constuction and Dcmolitian Debris generated by a Project via reuse or recycling, unless <br />tl~e Applicant has been granted an Impossibility Lsxemption pursuant to Section 8 of this <br />Urilinancc, in which case the Divarsioai Kequircment shall be the maximum feasible diversion <br />r-ate established by the WMP Compliance Offcial for the Project, <br />5 DRAFT <br />
