Each class will include a 1/2 hour set~up & take down charge. If classes are scheduled consecutively, there will only be one set-up & take-down charge. All required class materials, registrations, and ertificates/cards will be charged at cost. Part Four: Additional Benefits at No Additional Char!:le '" Provide 20 on~line safety classes per month all safety subjects, to employees at the City. The City has been issued a password to log-on. Twenty on-line safety classes per month are included in the service cost. No administrative staff time will be charged. '" No copy/reproductive costs will be charged. Occasionally there will be special materials that may be needed/requested and will be provided and invoiced at cost. These materials include; American Red Cross registration & cards, DOT manuals, NIOSH Pocket Guides, Emergency Response Guidebooks, MUTCD manuals, etc. '" All required signs, labels, postings will be provided at no additional charge. '" Make available Du~AII Safety's video library (200+) to the City. Two tapes can be checked-out for up to two weeks at no additional cost. Video-tape library list enclosed. '" Employees of the City of San Leandro will be allowed to attend all Du-AII Safety open- enrollment classes held at the Fremont office, based on availability, at no additional charge.
