<br />Amendment No.1 to the <br />Memorandum of Understanding for <br />San Francisco Bay Area Interim Center...to..Center Program <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, effective as of day of , 2006, is Amendment <br />No.1 to the Memorandum ofDnderstanding ("MOD") for the San Francisco Bay Area Interim <br />Center-to-Center Program entered into as of January 4, 2005, which is herein incorporated as <br />though set out in full. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree to modify the subject agreement as follows: <br /> <br />1. This MOD is revised, in part, pursuant to m.D thereof, to add the following agencies as <br />parties: <br /> <br />City of Albany, City of Berkeley, City ofEI Cemto, City of Emeryville, City of <br />Hayward, City of Hercules, City of Oakland, City of Pinole, City of Richmond, City of <br />San Leandro, City of San Pablo, City of Union City, Alameda County Congestion <br />Management Agency, Contra Costa Transportation Authority, County of Alameda, <br />County of Contra Costa, Alameda-Contra Costa Transit District, Union City Transit, and <br />Western Contra Costa Transit Authority. <br /> <br />2. Section II. COMMITTEES, is revised, in part, as follows: <br />Subparagraph 2. Members, of Paragraph A. EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE, is amended to <br />increase the number of members from five to six and to add the Alameda County Congestion <br />Management Agency as the sixth member of the Executive Committee. <br /> <br />3. Section III. ANTICIPATED ROLES OF THE PARTIES. is revised, in part, as follows: <br />Paragraph C. is revised to add the agencies identified above in Item No.1 of this <br />Amendment No. 1 to the agencies already listed therein. <br /> <br />4.
