<br />Overhead Banner Policy <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />October 26, 2006 <br /> <br />CONCLUSION <br /> <br />In order to recover City costs for installation and removal of overhead banners on East 14th Street <br />requested by community organizations, it is recommended that the San Leandro Administrative <br />Code be amended to allow for assessing an encroachment fee for these City services, and that the <br />City's fee schedule in the San Leandro Administrative Code be amended to reflect this new fee. <br />
