<br />Overhead Banner Policy <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />October 26, 2006 <br /> <br />Current City Council Policy <br />Section 1.8.125 of the San Leandro Administrative Code authorizes community groups and <br />agencies to install overhead banners on City streets.
