<br />Pollart reported that this issue would be discussed at a Joint Work Session of the Board of <br />Zoning Adjustments and the Planning Commission on October 19,2006. The matter will also <br />be presented at future meetings of the two redevelopment advisory committees. <br /> <br />4. Discussion Regarding Significant Pending Development Applications: <br /> <br />. Site Plan Review for 24-Unit Townhouse Development at 15101 Washington Avenue <br /> <br />Community Development Director Hanson Hom introduced the item and explained that <br />the developer had relocated the trailers and mobile homes on the site and closed the Joker <br />Bar. Planner Sally Barros outlined the 24-unit development proposal and discussed the <br />merits of the environmentally friendly design and construction techniques. A site layout <br />and elevation were distributed to the Committee members (Attachment Nos. 4A and 4B). <br />Barros and Horn also explained that a community meeting was held regarding the project <br />last week and the Board of Zoning Adjustments has the authority to act on the project. <br /> <br />5. Update on Development Projects <br /> <br />Housing Manager Tom Liao updated the Committee on the progress of the Islander <br />rehabilitation project and announced that the project had been awarded $11 Million in tax <br />credits from the State. <br /> <br />6.
