<br />SAN LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE <br /> <br />TITLE ~ Z <br /> <br />RECREATION AND PA~~ HUMAN SERVICES <br /> <br />Chapter ~ 1 <br /> <br />Rules and Regulations for the Use of Public Parks and Recreational <br />Facilities <br /> <br />( e) Enter or remain except at such times as public use is pennitted. <br /> <br />(f) Park or leave standing any vehicle except at such times as public use is pennitted. <br /> <br />(g) Drive a vehicle at a speed greater than ten (10) miles per hour, except where otherwise <br />posted. <br /> <br />(h) Cause or pennit any restrained dog to corne within or remain within thirty (30) feet of a <br />picnic table. <br /> <br />(i) Skate with roller skates or skateboards in, upon or along with north or south parking lots <br />located at Marina Park. <br /> <br />G) Feed, or cause the feeding of, or leave food for any feral or undomesticated animal. <br /> <br />(k) Use the designated skateboard area at Thrasher Park for riding a skateboard or in-line skates <br />without wearing a helmet, knee pads and elbow pads suitable to provide protection in the <br />event of falls or collisions. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 3-PARK OPERATING PROCEDURES <br /> <br />&~ 7.1.300: AVAILABILITY. In an effort to insure maximum public accessibility to all <br />community and neighborhood parks in San Leandro, all non-reservable park facilities are on a first <br />corne, first served basis during periods when parks are open to the public. <br /> <br />&~ 7.1.305: PARK HOURS. Park operating hours are hereby established for the following <br />designed parks: <br /> <br />(a) All parks, except Chabot Park and San Leandro Shoreline Recreation Area, shall be open to <br />the public daily from 8:00 eight o'clook a.m. to 8:00 eight o'clook p.m. from October 31 <br />through April 30 and from 8:00 eight o'clock a.m. to 10:00 ton o'clock p.m. May 1 through <br />October 30. <br /> <br />(b) Chabot Park shall be open to the public daily as follows: <br /> <br />January <br />February - March <br />April <br /> <br />7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. <br />7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. <br />7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Department Responsible for Revision: Recreation and Human Services <br />2006 <br /> <br />Chapter 7.1 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />74 <br />
