<br />SAN LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE <br /> <br />TITLE 26 <br /> <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> <br />Chapter 1 <br /> <br />Bylaws <br /> <br />~26.1.320: MANNER OF VOTING. The voting on formal resolutions, matters to any <br />federal, state, county, or city agency, and on such other matters as may be requested by a <br />majority of the Agency members shall be by roll call, and the ayes and noes and members <br />presont and not voting shall be entered upon the minutes of such meeting conducted bv taking the <br />aves and nays bv an oven vote. which shall be entered in the minutes of the meeting. The aves <br />and nays shall be taken and recorded on all motions. Abstentions shall also be recorded. <br /> <br />S26.1.321: MAJORITY VOTE. All Agencv actions shall require the affirmative votes of a <br />ma;oritv of the members of the Agencv. <br /> <br />~26.1.325: ROBERT'S RULES. All rules of order not herein provided for shall be <br />determined in accordance with "Robert's Rules of Order." the current edition of Robert's Rules <br />of Order. Newlv Revised. <br /> <br />~26.1.330: (RESERVEDI ~'AIVERS. CONSENTS. OR APPRO" ALS. The transaotions <br />of any meeting of the Agoncy, however called and noticed or '.vherevor held, are as valid as <br />though had at a meeting duly held after regular oall and notice, if a quorum is presoot and if, <br />either before or after the meeting, each of the members not present signs a ,\Titten\vai'.'er of <br />notice, a consent to holding the meeting, or an approval of the minutes thereof. All such <br />waivers, consents, or approvals shall be filed ,vith the Agenc)' reoords or made a part of ilie <br />miffiltes of the meeting. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 4-AMENDMENTS <br /> <br />~26.1.400: AMENDMENTS TO BYLAWS. The bylaws of the Agency shall be amended <br />bv resolution only with the approval of at least four ofllie members of the Agene)' at a reg1;llar or <br />speeial meeting, but no such amendment shall be adopted unless at least soyen days written <br />notioe thereof has been previoHsly given to all of the members of the Agenc)'.
