SAN LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE TITLE 26 REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY Chapter 1 Bylaws &26.1.215: SECRETARY. The Secretary shall keep the records of the A{!encv. shall record all votes, shall keep a record of the proceedin{!s of the A{!encv in a ;ournal of proceedin~s to be kept for such purpose, shall attest to official acts, and shall perform all duties prescribed in the Community Development Law and incident to this office. &26.1.220: ADDITIONAL DUTIES. The Officers of the Agency shall perform such other duties and functions as may from time to time be required by the Agency or the bylaws or rules and regulations ofthe Agency. ARTICLE 3-MEETINGS &26.1.300: REGULAR MEETING. Regular meetings shall be held on the first and third Mondays of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Counoil Chambers, City Hall, San Leandro, }..lamoda County, Calif<Jmia. In the event a day of regular meeting shall be a legal holiday, said meeting shall be held on the next suooeeding secular business day. &26.1.305: SPECIAL MEETINGS. The Chairmaft of the Agency may, when he deems it deemed expedient, and shall, upon the written request of two members of the Agency, call a special meeting of the Agency for the purpose of transacting any business designated in the call. The call for a special meeting must be delivered personallYL ef by mail. or bv facsimile at least twenty-four (24) hours before the time of such meeting as specified in the call to each member of the A{!encv. to the Executive Director. and to each local newspaper of {!eneral circulation. radio or television station reQuestin~ notice in writin{!. Such written call may be dispensed with as to any member who at or prior to the time the meeting convenes files with the secretary a written waiver of such call. At such special meeting no business shall be considered other than as designated in the call. .$26.1.306: MEETING PLACE. All meetinffS of the Affencv shall be held in the Civic Center or on public property within the Citv. &26.1.310: QUORUM. The pO\vers of the ,'\genc)' shall be vested in the members thereof in offioes from time to time. Four members shall oonstitute a quorum for the pl:lIpose of cOl'l:ducting its business and exercising its pov/ers and for all other parposes, bat a smaller number may adjourn from time to time antil a quorum is obtained. A ma;ority of the members of the Affencv shall constitute a Quorum for the transaction of business. &26.1.315: RECORD OF BUSINESS.
