SAN LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE TITLE 27 PARKING AUTHORITY Chapter 1 Bylaws ~27.1.100: REGULAR MEETINGS. Regular meetings shall be held on the third Monday of June at 7:00 p.m. in the COl:ll1cil Chambers, City Hall, or in the Lecture Hall, Commlffiity Library Conter, San Leandro, }JamClda County, Calif{)mia Civic Center Comolex or on Dublic Dropertv within the City. should the Council find and determine that the Council Chambers is hazardous or unsuitable for the conduct of a regular Council meeting. In the event a day of the regular meeting shall be a legal holiday, said meeting shall be held on the next succeeding secular day. ~27.1.105: SPECIAL MEETINGS. Special meetings of this Authority may be called in accordance with the provisions of California Government Code Section 54956 or 54956.1, or as the same may be amended or superseded. &27.1.110: ADJOURNED MEETINGS. All meetings of this Authority may be adjourned and adjourned meetings may be held in accordance with the provisions of California Government Code Section 54955, or as the same may be amended or superseded. &27.1.115: QUORUM. A majority ofthe members of this Authority shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. ~27.1.120: ACTIONS. Actions of this Authority shall be taken by the affirmative vote of a majority of the membership. &27.1.125: FISCAL YEAR. The first fiscal year of this Authority shall end on June 30, 1973, and thereafter each fiscal year shall commence on July 1 and end on the following June 30. &27.1.130: DEEDS OR GRANTS. The Clerk of this Authority is authorized to accept and consent to the recordation of deeds and grants conveying any interest in or easement upon real property to this Authority.
