SAN LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE TITLE 27 PARKING AUTHORITY Chapter 2 Implementation of California Environmental Oualitv Act (CEQA) Guidelines ~27.2.100: fADOPTION. These guidelines are adopted pOCsllant to the California Enyironmental Quality Act (Pablio Resourees Code Section 21000, €It seq.) and the State CEQA Guidelines (California Administrative Code, Title 11, Chapter 3, Seetion 15000). These guidelinos are intended to supplement the State CEQA Guidelines. U7.2.105: CEQA CUIDELINES. Except as may be expressly provided herein, the City EIR Guidelines (Title XXVIII, Chapter 1 of the San Leandro Administrative Code) are adopted as tho CEQA Guidelines for the Parking Al:lthority. fJl references therein to the City shall be deemed to refer to the Parking Authority and all references to the City Manager shall be deemed to rerer to the EJweutive Direotor. .~27.2.100: IMPLEMENTATION OF CEOA GUIDELINES. In implementing CEOA and the Guidelines for Implementation of CEOA when assessing the potential environmental impacts of a proposed project. the Parking Authority will utilize the most current amended version of the Act and Guidelines. For projects that are deemed to require some level of environmental documentation: i.e.. Cateflorical ExemNion. Mitigated Negative DeclarationlNegative Declaration. or Environmental Impact Report. the Authority shall follow the procedures for preparation of said documents. including preparation of appropriate notices. as vrovided for in the Guidelines. ~27.2.105: FORMS. The Authority shall use the forms attached as Appendices A and B in San Leandro Administrative Code. Title 5. ChaNer 1. for Initial Studv Checklist and Negative Declaration.
