<br />Alameda Countywide Homeless and 5/Jecial Needs Housing Plan <br /> <br />55 <br /> <br />Housing Inventory for Homeless Population <br /> <br />The 2005 Alameda Countywide Continuum of Care application, Exhibit 1 included the following <br />inventory of existing housing resources, presented in Table 1. The inventory includes all beds that <br />are available year-round, separated by individuals and families.
