This item was <br />continued from the October 16, 2006 City Council meeting <br /> <br />SUMMARY AND RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />In July 2006, the Board of Zoning Adjustments (BZA) approved a Height Exception and Major <br />Site Plan ReviewNiew Preservation for the proposed new home and in-law unit at 2888 Darius <br />Way, with the recommended conditions of approval and findings of fact (see Attachments 4 and <br />5). The BZA decision was appealed by Wayland Lew on the grounds that the house would block <br />his views and that the size of the home was not in keeping with the neighborhood. <br /> <br />The applicant has since revised the plans to respond to the appellant's concerns over the height <br />and size of the home. The original plan and the revised plan are described in the following table. <br />
