The next two CAC <br />meetings (January 23 and February 27, 2007) will focus on completing and finalizing the <br />Downtown TOD Strategy for recommendation to the Planning Commission and City Council later <br />in 2007. This report was the major focus of the Downtown TOD Strategy Citizen Advisory <br />Committee (CAC) meeting on Tuesday, November 14,2006. The City Council received a copy of <br />this report as part of the CAC packet. The major findings of the report will be presented in a <br />PowerPoint presentation. <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the City Council provide comments on the Draft Strategy Plan Concpets <br />Report for the Downtown TOD Strategy.
