<br />7. Post Occupancy Services <br /> <br />A. ACFD will utilize engine company personnel assigned to the <br />City of San Leandro to perform pre-fire planning services. <br /> <br />B. ACFD shall provide inspection and permit issuance services in <br />accordance with the City's adopted Fire Code. Qualified Fire <br />Inspectors shall provide inspections. <br /> <br />C. ACFD shall administer the Self-Inspection Program for non- <br />residential occupancies if implemented by the City. <br /> <br />D. ACFD shall review new business license applications in the <br />City for compliance with the City's Fire Codes. Such review shall be <br />provided in a timely manner. ACFD shall conduct a physical <br />inspection of a new business to confirm that there are no existing Fire <br />Code violations. <br /> <br />8. Uniform Fire Code Administration <br /> <br />A. Under the direction of the City Manager, ACFD will administer <br />and enforce all City adopted Fire Codes and ordinances and other <br />applicable State and Federal Codes and regulations. <br /> <br />B. ACFD will be responsible for monitoring changes to Fire Codes <br />and providing the City with recommendations regarding proposed <br />changes. ACFD will work with City Staff to complete the code <br />adoption process. <br /> <br />9. Weed Abatement and Wildfire Manaaement <br /> <br />A ACFD will work in cooperation with the appropriate City Staff to <br />administrate all provisions of the City's Weed Abatement Ordinance. <br /> <br />e. Administration <br /> <br />1.
