<br />b. "Board of Supervisors" means the Board of Supervisors of the County of <br />Alameda and governing body of the ACFD. <br /> <br />c. "City" means the City of San Leandro. <br /> <br />d. "City Council" means the City Council of the City of San Leandro. <br /> <br />e. "City Manager" means the City Manager of the City of San Leandro. <br /> <br />f. "County" means the County of Alameda. <br /> <br />g. "Fire Chief' means the chief executive officer of the ACFD. <br /> <br />h. "Fiscal Year" means the annual period commencing on July 1 and ending <br />June 30. <br /> <br />Section 3. Scope of Services <br /> <br />Within the boundaries of the City, ACFD shall provide and be fully responsible for <br />the following services. <br /> <br />a. Incident Response <br /> <br />1. General Service Criteria <br /> <br />A. Response Area <br /> <br />ACFD shall provide all services identified below to all areas <br />within the incorporated limits of the City. <br /> <br />Currently, the City is divided into five major response areas for <br />fire and medical incident response. (See San Leandro Response <br />District Map attached as Exhibit 1.) The northern and downtown <br />sections of the city are primarily served by station 9. The western <br />industrial areas are served by station 10. The Marina District receives <br />services from station 11. The southern and central city areas are <br />served by station 12, and the Washington Manor area is served by <br />station 13. All units within the City are utilized to cover, fill-in and <br />augment responses as needed. <br /> <br />ACFD shall maintain a reciprocal response agreement with <br />Alameda County and the City of Oakland that will ensure response to <br />the southern and northern portions of the City identified in the San <br /> <br />Agreement Regarding Fire and Emergency <br />Response Services - San Leandro/Alameda County <br /> <br />Page 2 of 24 <br />
