If Alameda <br />County or the City of Oakland gives notice of cancellation of the <br />reciprocal response agreement, ACFD shall immediately notify City <br />and will work with City to find an alternative for providing response to <br />the impacted areas of the City. <br /> <br />B. Station Location/Staffing <br /> <br />ACFD's current response configuration to the City is based <br />upon 5 stations and 7 engine/truck companies as shown below: <br /> <br />Current Response Configuration as of July 1, 2005 <br />ACFD Station NO.9 1 Engine Company 3 Personnel <br />450 Estudillo 1 Truck Company 3 Personnel <br /> <br />ACFD Station NO.1 0 1 Engine Company 3 Personnel <br />(2194 Williams) <br />ACFD Station No. 11 1 Engine Company 3 Personnel <br />(14903 Catalina) <br />ACFD Station No.12 1 Engine Company 3 Personnel <br />(1065 143rd Avenue 1 Truck Companv 3 Personnel <br />ACFD Station No. 13 1 Engine Company 3 Personnel <br />(637 Faroo Avenue) <br /> <br />Within the City boundaries, ACFD will maintain a minimum <br />staffing level of 21 line personnel (7 companies) per shift. <br /> <br />One member of each company on each shift shall be a <br />licensed paramedic. <br /> <br />In the event that engine companies stationed in the City leave <br />the City for any reason, ACFD will arrange for appropriate back-up <br />coverage to ensure that the Cityhas adequate response capability in <br />the event of an incident. <br /> <br />The City reserves the right to alter the established service <br />levels based on available financial resources and the emergency <br />response needs of the City. Written notice of any service level <br />change shall be given to the ACFD as soon as possible.
