<br />greater, ACFD will in addition provide a Deputy Chief response, as <br />well as sufficient management staff to fill all necessary Incident <br />Command System positions. <br /> <br />F. Utilization of Contract Services Outside of the City of San <br />Leandro <br /> <br />Automatic Aid Plans, Mutual Aid Plans, Borderless Response <br />Plans, Daily Operational Plans, and any other plans utilizing contract <br />fire services assigned to the City of San Leandro outside of the City <br />will be conveyed in writing to the City Manager prior to <br />implementation. All plans submitted will include the operational <br />details for coverage while units assigned to San Leandro are <br />outside the City (City requesting Appendix with Copy of Plans). <br /> <br />G. Mutual Aid <br /> <br />ACFD shall provide necessary services to meet the City's <br />obligations with respect to mutual aid in accordance with but not <br />limited to the Mutual Aid Agreement, the Alameda County Fire Mutual <br />Aid Plan, and all appropriate State of California interagency service <br />agreements. ACFD shall work to develop expanded mutual aid, <br />automatic aid and mutual response areas with other fire departments <br />adjacent to the City of San Leandro to enhance the capabilities of the <br />Alameda County fire protection system. ACFD may enter into such <br />agreements on behalf of the City only with the consent of the City. <br /> <br />2. Fire Suppression <br /> <br />Fire Suppression services shall be provided in accordance with <br />Section 3(a)(1 )(A)-(G) above. <br /> <br />3. Emerqencv Medical Response <br /> <br />Emergency Medical Response Service shall be provided in <br />accordance with Section 3 (a)(1) (A)-(G) above. In responding to emergency <br />medical incidents, each engine company will be staffed with one (1) <br />paramedic and two (2) EMT-D trained personnel. <br /> <br />.
