Community Development Director Hanson Horn <br />reported that based on staff discussions with the applicant and appellant, both parties <br />have requested a continuance ofthe item to October 16,2006. <br /> <br />Councilmember Badger stated that he attended a meeting held on August 31, 2006 with <br />the applicant, appellant and City staff. At that meeting, the applicant and appellant <br />agreed to request a continuance. City Attorney Jayne Williams added that <br />Councilmember Badger confirmed his attendance at the meeting via email to the other <br />members of the Council. <br /> <br />.
