<br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-072 <br /> <br />(2108) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING ADDENDUM TO SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND SAN LORENZO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR THE <br />JOINT USE OF WASHINGTON MANOR SCHOOL GYMNASIUM <br /> <br />An addendum to supplemental agreement between the City of San Leandro and the San <br />Lorenzo Unified School District, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br /> <br />The Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br /> <br />The City Manager has recommended approval of said addendum. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br /> <br />That said addendum is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br /> <br />Introduced by Councilmember Santos and passed and adopted this 19th day of June, 2006 by <br />the following called vote: <br /> <br />Members of the Council: <br /> <br />ABSENT: Mayor Young <br /> <br />(6) <br />(0) <br />(1) <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Starosciak, Stephens <br /> <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />':J1Awivu ~ <br /> <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
