WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Leandro has reviewed and considered the Categorical Exemption prepared for the Doolittle Drive Entryway Improvements, Phase 1 and 2, Project No. 230-43-155, and any comments received, and hereby finds that the project will not have a significant effect on the environment; and NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council ofthe City of San Leandro does RESOLVE DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER, as follows: Section 1. The City Council of the City of San Leandro hereby specifically finds that all of the facts stated above are true and correct. Section 2. The City Council of the City of San Leandro hereby consents to the allocation and expenditure of up to $1,570,000 of the proceeds from the Tax Allocation Bonds issued by the Agency and up to $750,000 in tax increment funds from the West San Leandro/MacArthur Boulevard Redevelopment Project for the Doolittle Drive Entryway Improvements, Phase 1 and 2, Project No. 230-43-155 Section 3. The City Council of the City of San Leandro declares that the Specifications, Special Provisions, and Plans for said project are hereby approved. And it is further RESOLVED, that bids are hereby called for and the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice thereof once in the official newspaper of this City. Said bids shall be submitted to the office of the City Clerk on or before the date and time specified in the public notice, at which such specified date, time, and place said bids will be publicly opened and read.
