<br />the BID in subsequent years.

<br />With respect to the BID assessment Cor Fiscal Year 2006-07, the Advisory Board recommends
<br />that the San Leandro City Council maintain the assessment at $10.88 per employee plus a $25
<br />base fee. It is anticipated that the BID will continue to generate approximately $137,500 or 400!c)
<br />of the total operating budget for the shuttle. The remaining operating funds will come from
<br />grants from the BAAQMD (through December 31,2006) and the MTC (through June 30, 2007).
<br />The San Leandro Redevelopment Agency also serves as a guarantor of the program and has
<br />budgeted up to $100,000 in financial suppoli depending on the availability of grant funds.
