SUMMARY AND R~~COMMENDATION The Doolittle Drive Entryway Improvement project Phase I is a cooperative effort between the City of San Leandro, the City of Oakland, and the Port of Oakland to enhance Doolittle Drive between Adams Avenue and 98th Avenue. Phase 2 will be done by the City of San Leandro only, with funding from the Port o[Oakland for palm trees. Staffrecommcnds rescission of the previous funding plan, authorization of the new funding plan, and approval of the plans and specifications and call for bids for both phases of the subject project.
