<br />No parking spaces are being lost as a result of the parcel subdivision and each of the new parcels <br />will contain a certain number of the existing parking spaces. Parking requirements for the new <br />parcels in relation to the two existing uses arc being met, in part, by a cross access agreement <br />applicable between all three new parcels. The cross access agreement is included in the Covenants, <br />conditions and rcstrictions (CC&R's). <br /> <br />SUMMARY AND RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />1. Parcel Map 8864 is in confo1111ance with the property development regulations for the <br />CC ConmlcrciaI Community District, required by Article 6 of the San Leandro Zoning <br />Code. <br /> <br />2. Parcel Map 8864 is in compliance with Title VII, Chapter I of the San Leandro <br />Municipal Code (Subdivision Ordinance). <br /> <br />3. Parcel Map 8864 is in compliance with the Subdivision Map Act (California <br />Government Code). <br /> <br />4. Parcel Map 8864 is consistent with the objectives, policies, land use and programs in <br />the City of San Leandro's General Plan. <br /> <br />Subject to the comments above, I recommend that Parcel Map 8864 be approved. <br />
