This project has been submitted for permits from the City of San Leandro Building <br />Department, the State of California Division of Health Services, and the Regional Water <br />Quality Control Board <br /> <br />Environmental Review <br /> <br />. The water delivered to the Monarch Bay Golf Course will be purchased by the American <br />Golf Course Company for $200/acre foot <br />.
