The <br />RAe unanimously approved a recommendation to the Redevelopment Agency to provide <br />the owners assistance in the amount of $200,000 for the exterior building improvements <br />to Vila Cereja. <br /> <br />Fiscal Impact <br /> <br />The OP A requires a total Agency investment of $350,000. Funds are available from the <br />West San Leandro/MacArthur Boulevard Redevelopment Project Area fund balance <br />which will be appropriated to account 964-82-065. <br />
