Business Development Manager Luke Sims <br />confirmcd that that is the recommended action. Councilmember Starosciak recalled that <br />when this item was considercd last year, she requestcd two items he incorporated in the <br />Almual Report: I) a full rider survey that quantifies the number of riders that arc <br />employees of companies within the BID and identifies the companies with which they <br />are employed; and 2) a detailed description of the outreach perfonned to the businesses <br /> <br />6 <br />
